(Senior) Tech/Product Talent Acquisition Manager (x/f/m)

Introduction

PowerUs is building the digital home for skilled blue-collar worker. We help workers like electricians or heating engineers to create their online profiles, network with other workers in our community, take free training courses and find better jobs with higher salaries. On the other hand, we help companies hire skilled workers faster so they can complete their projects, especially in the renewable energy sector such as solar and wind power systems. Qualified workers are the most important missing link in the energy transition towards renewable energy.

With the help of our platform, users can enter these new and exciting industries and earn up to 50% more. Since our founding, we have been backed by tier-1 investors such as General Catalyst, Y Combinator and HV Capital as well as successful business angels such as Max Viessmann, the founders of Personio and Mario Götze. In total, we have $12 million of venture capital.

Tasks

• You will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and providing hiring recommendations.
• You will execute innovative and scalable sourcing strategies to attract top tech candidates.
• You will proactively build candidate relationships and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
• You will support stakeholders to streamline processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and making optimal hiring decisions.
• You will cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers as a key partner in the recruitment process

Requirements

• You have several years of tech-focused recruiting experience.
• You have a basic understanding of various technology stacks and can successfully recognize relevant technical skills for the positions being recruited
• You demonstrate proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and expertise in various talent sourcing methods and tools.
• You can name various examples of being proficient in stakeholder management, building strong relationships with potential candidates and external organizations.
• You can give detailed insights about your problem-solving skills, effectively assessing candidates' technical capabilities, and experience in thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
