Mit deinem Spezialwissen und deiner Erfahrung in der Ausstrahlung von digitalen Kampagnen bereicherst du unser Publisher Team, bestehend aus 6 klugen und kreativen Köpfen. Eigenständig und im Team trägst du zum Wachstum von Offerista bei und prägst die #DigitalFuture unserer Kund:innen. In enger Abstimmung mit den Sales-Kolleg:innen und weiteren internen Stakeholdern erlangst du ein tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse unserer Partner und begeisterst durch Kreativität, Empathie und Lösungsorientierung. DEINE MISSION BEI UNS:

• Du rockst die Betreuung unserer Publisher und bist darüber hinaus für die Anbindung verantwortlich.
• Das gemeinsame Wachstum mit unseren Partnern liegt dir am Herzen.
• Du übernimmst die operative Koordination von Kampagnen, sowohl auf nationaler, vor allem aber auch auf internationaler Ebene.
• Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit #TeamProductManagement und koordinierst jeden Kundenwunsch bis zu einer 100%igen Zufriedenheit.
• #Google Tabellen sind dein Buddy und du erstellst Business Pläne.
• #Analytics: Du hast ein Auge auf unsere Performance und wertest KPI's mit links aus.

DAS WÜNSCHEN WIR UNS:

• Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im Partner Management, Sales oder als Account Manager:in sammeln.
• Dein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing oder BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss hast du in der Tasche.
• Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in relevanten Analysetools (z.B. Looker) und Projektmanagementtools (z.B. Monday), aber auch Excel (Pivot) o.ä. mit.
• Du bist eigeninitiativ, analytisch und liebst die #DigitalWorld.
• Du lebst Kommunikation mit jeder Faser. Dabei bewegst du dich sicher in Englisch durch den Alltag.

With your specialised knowledge and experience in the broadcasting of digital campaigns, you will enrich our Publisher Team, consisting of 6 clever and creative minds. Independently and as part of a team, you will contribute to Offerista's growth and shape the #DigitalFuture of our customers. In close coordination with your sales colleagues and other internal stakeholders, you will gain a deep understanding of our partnerneeds and inspire them with your creativity, empathy and solution-orientation. YOUR MISSION WITH US:

• You rock the support of our publishers and are also responsible for the technical integration.
• Growing together with our partner is important to you.
• You are responsible for the operational coordination of campaigns, both on a national and international level.
• You work hand in hand with #TeamProductManagement and coordinate every customer request until 100% satisfaction.
• #Google spreadsheets are your buddy and you create business plans.
• #Analytics: You keep an eye on our performance and analyse KPIs with your left hand.

THAT'S WHAT WE WISH FOR:

• Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in partner management, sales or as an account manager.
• You have a degree in marketing or business administration or a comparable qualification in your pocket.
• You have good knowledge of relevant tools such as analysis tools (e.g. Looker) and project management tools (e.g. Monday), but also Excel (Pivot) or similar.
• You are proactive, analytical and love the #DigitalWorld.
• You live communication with every fibre. You move confidently through everyday life in English.
