Senior Finance Manager

Als Senior Finance Manager übernimmst Du die unternehmensweite Verantwortung für alle Themen rund um Finanzen. Du entwickelst unser Set-Up und unsere Prozesse weiter, verantwortest Reportings und Analysen und Zahlungsein- und ausgänge. Du erarbeitest mit einem ganzheitlichen Financial Reporting (P&L, Working-Capital und Cash-Flow-Analyse) die Grundlage für die Unternehmensstrategie und wirkst an wegweisenden Entscheidungen mit.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du bist verantwortlich für alle Finanz- und Buchhaltungsvorgänge und behältst stets den Überblick über die wichtigsten Informationen
• Du arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern und bist zentrale*r Ansprechpartner*in für das Management-Team und koordinierst externe Partner*innen (u.a. Steuerberater, Finanzinstitute) im Kontext Accounting und Financial Reporting
• Du denkst kritisch, hinterfragst den Status Quo und verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Prozesse, Tools und Reportings im Bereich Accounting & Controlling
• Du bist für die monatliche Berichterstattung, die jährlichen Wirtschaftsplanung und den betriebswirtschaftlichen Jahresabschlusses verantwortlich
• Du erstellst Budgets und Forecasts und sorgst für ein laufendes Monitoring des Net Working Capitals / Cash Flows
• Du bist verantwortlich für das Financial Reporting, die Modellierung des Business Plans und erstellst dafür regelmäßig aussagekräftige Reports, die als Grundlage für wesentliche Management Entscheidungen dienen
• Du übernimmst die aktive Gestaltung und Umsetzung der unternehmensweiten Finanzierungsstruktur, in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
• Basierend auf dem internen Berichtswesen (Soll/ Ist- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen) erarbeitest Du strategische Ziele und leitest entsprechende Schritte zur Erreichung dieser ein

Dein Profil

• Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance/ Controlling / Accounting
• Du hast eine stark ausgeprägte analytische Herangehensweise und exzellente quantitative Fähigkeiten
• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Accounting ist ein Plus)
• Du bringst Detailkenntnis im Bereich HGB Rechnungslegung mit
• Du hast eine Expertise in DATEV entwickelt
• Du hast herausragende Excel Fähigkeiten (SQL und Python sind ein Plus)
• Du bist ein Team-Player und ein exzellenter Kommunikator
• Du hast Management Erfahrung und bist ein passionierter Team-Leader
• Du brennst für Food- & Health-Themen und bist motiviert mit Every. die Lebensmittelindustrie umzukrempeln
• Du verfügst über einen sehr hohen Anspruch an die Qualität Deiner Arbeit, bist ehrgeizig und hast eine Hands-On-Mentalität
• Du hast ein pragmatisches Problem-Lösungs-Mindset und hast einen starken Bias to Action
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verhandlungssicheres Englisch
