Lead Trainer & Curriculum Designer - SAP Finance Consultant (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Collaborate with internal teams and our B2B partner to identify specific SAP training needs.
• Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive SAP SAP S/4HANA curriculum tailored to our partner's requirements.
• Lead instruction sessions, ensuring content delivery is engaging and effective.
• Continuously update and refine the curriculum based on feedback and emerging SAP trends.
• Mentor and guide students, providing them with hands-on projects and real-world SAP scenarios.
• Collaborate with trainers to ensure a holistic learning experience for all participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in SAP, with a focus on curriculum design and instruction.
• Strong understanding of the latest SAP modules and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of designing and leading successful training programs.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and changing requirements.
