Aufgaben
- Managing projects independently
- Developing show concepts for major streamers
- Creating creative concepts and show ideas for streaming events
- Being interface between our artists and our customersCreating project plans and calculations
- Writing briefings, define goals and do the evaluation
- Planning and accompany video shoots and events of the artists; incl. event coordination on location
- Contributing your own ideas
- Analyzing and identify current trends and best practices to derive for our shows
Qualifikation
- Currently studying business administration, social economics, (economic) psychology, marketing or comparative studies
- Motivated and have the drive to make things happen and keep an overview even when things get stressful
- Experience with influencer tools, databases and the analysis of KPIs
- Experience with campaign budgeting and are well-versed in market pricing
- Familiar with the mechanisms of Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitch & Co. and using them on a daily basis
- Technical understanding and at best be familiar with the streaming world, as well as with the platform Twitch
- Being imaginative, creative, like to design and understand how to move people with new content ideas
- Visual requirements of digital communication and understand how to creatively stage even complex topics
- Structured and independent way of working and keep a cool head even in pressure situations
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
