Working Student (m/f/d) - Performance Marketing in Green Tech Startup

At STABL Energy, a pioneer in sustainable battery storage, we are looking for a performance marketing student (m/f/d). Our company, located in Munich, Germany, builds low-risk battery storage systems and strives to transform the way the world uses old car batteries. We recently received €15 million in funding and are preparing for significant growth and expansion. Tasks

We are on the lookout for a motivated Working Student to dive deep into the world of Performance Marketing. In this role, you will be at the helm of measuring and analyzing the efficacy of our various marketing channels. Your primary responsibility will be to set up, maintain, and optimize our suite of digital marketing tools, ensuring that our performance marketing efforts are data-driven and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tool Management:

• Set up, maintain, and manage our various digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all our marketing channels.

2. Performance Analysis:

• Analyze and report on the performance of our marketing campaigns, identifying areas for optimization.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are effectively measured and optimized.
• Provide feedback and insights from data to refine and improve marketing strategies.

4. Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and analytics.
• Suggest new tools or methodologies to improve the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program related to Marketing, Business Analytics, Psychology, Social Science or a similar data driven field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and an aptitude for data analysis.
• Familiarity with any performance marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Hubspot, LinkedIn, etc.) or tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis software.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
