Aufgaben
- You'll support our recruiting processes for various positions and you’ll learn how a top notch candidate experience has to look like.
- This includes especially scheduling interviews, ensuring thorough documentation and making sure that each candidate runs through each step of the recruiting process smoothly.
- You’ll support our sourcing efforts and approach candidates over multiple channels (eg. LinkedIn, XING, Instagram, Github) and build candidate pipelines. We will coach you in improving your sourcing skills (automatization) to make it even more fun.
- You'll support our Recruiter to handle the applicants pre-selection and to ensure a top notch candidate experience until they are signed and onboarded.
- You’ll have the chance to take over initial interviews and develop your interview skills.
- You’ll support us in several projects as well. This will range from the optimization of recruiting processes to Sales and Marketing support – and you can actively contribute your own ideas.
Qualifikation
- Ideally you have gained first experiences in HR or Recruiting in a fast paced startup environment.
- You are fluent in 🇬🇧 English and 🇩🇪 German.
- You are curious to find and challenge the best solution every time instead of using your energy to argue about problems.
- And for sure you're an outstanding team-player, detail-oriented and able to prioritise and organise yourself ;)
- But more important is that you're super motivated and eager to learn.
- We value attitude over degrees or (big) names on your CV.
- We prefer people with an entrepreneurial mindset who have a getting things done attitude instead of theorists.
