Your role

You`d be working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement our tech strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Hands-on leadership in designing and developing the AI/ML systems necessary for the product.
• Design, develop, deploy and maintain the software architecture with a focus on the particular needs of the legal market, such as trust, explainability, security and data protection.
• Hire, lead and manage a team of deep learning engineers and software developers across various functions.

Your profile

You are a talented, highly motivated and highly articulate tech leader with the experience of leading engineering teams for at least one software product that achieved good scale.

Strong pluses:

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, designing and managing a software architecture as well as in full-stack development
• experience in designing and managing a software architecture
• experience in full-stack development
• Passionate about legal tech
• Previous startup experience
• Experience in building and leading large teams
• Strong product management skills
