Methods is recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will be hybrid working - London office 2 days per week and home based with travel around the UK as required.

The HR department combines the care and compassion with the corporate and business know how needed to empower employees and facilitate forward thinking in the workplace. Put simply, it involves all actions that support our people to be the best and most honest versions of themselves, from the moment they start their life with us until the moment at which they leave. We are responsible for and manage the entire employee life cycle with empathy and business know how.
The HR Advisor is a new role and will form an integral part of the HR Team. This role is required to ensure our line managers are supported in managing their people effectively at an operational level. This role is pivotal to managing risk and ensuring managers feel supported dealing with people matters confidently.
The post-holder is expected to operate as a subject matter expert in all matters ER, be open to and actively take part in managing conflict down and use a wide range of knowledge to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing conflict and minimising risk with experience of managing multiple issues in a fast-paced organisation.

This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website Gov.UK.
