Zero Hash is looking for an experienced Associate - Corporate Treasury to execute the firm’s day-to-day Treasury operations and assist in supporting key strategic initiatives. We are a high performing team looking for an equally ambitious and driven analyst.

This role is critical to ensuring robust financial controls, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring compliance in the rapidly evolving digital asset industry. Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, the right candidate for this position has 4-6 years of Treasury experience, with a strong focus on operational excellence, a deep understanding of compliance protocols, and ability to oversee day-to-day treasury activities with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Banking and Compliance

• Lead the onboarding process for new banking relationships and expansion of existing relationships, ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering Bank (AML) regulations
• Conduct due diligence on financial institutions and maintain strong bank
  relationships
• Oversee and maintain secure access controls for all bank account and users
• Prepare and submit regulatory capital reports in compliance with regulatory requirements

Core Treasury Operations

• Manage daily cash balances to optimize liquidity and meet operational needs,
  including the coordination of inter-company transactions, AP, payroll, tax, debt
  servicing, and other financial obligations
• Ensure the accurate reconciliation of all transactions within the GTreasury
  Treasury Management System (TMS)

Strategic Initiatives

• Capital Allocation: Maximize yield on cash through strategic liquidity management while balancing the broader capital needs of Zero Hash’s entities
• International expansion: build and oversee Zero Hash’s FX operations and implement appropriate policies and procedures governing FX activity
• Policy and Procedures:: assist in policy development and process improvement initiatives to enhance treasury efficiency.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of progressive Treasury, liquidity, and cash management experience in
  Financial Services field
• 3+ years of experience in crypto / blockchain and/or FinTech with multi-currency
  exposure
• Experience with bank onboarding and managing KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance
• Strong capital / liquidity forecasting and risk management experience
• Prior experience in a Treasury function at a global FinTech, a plus
• Robust analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of relevant Treasury management systems
• Working US GAAP knowledge especially in FX, investment accounting, crypto assets and fair value accounting, a plus
• Experience with digital assets or crypto asset management is highly preferred but not required
• Strong ability to work independently, effectively communicate complex issues, prioritize tasks against changing priorities, adapt to new processes, and maintain attention to detail.
