Job Description, Required Skills, Education, Experience:
The ideal candidate must have the ability to:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Question and escalate data integrity concerns; Assess impact; Propose solutions.
• Strategically modify existing reports as well as create new reports that will be useful to Key Leadership as well as the broader HR community
• Lead planning, gathering and documentation of functional requirements through researching and analyzing problems, planning and modeling possible solutions and recommending course of action
• Design, review, and present solutions for complex systems with multiple integration points, multiple functions, and/or unique logic requirements that are effective, efficient, maintainable, and that provide reliability and scalability
• Work closely with business partners to document acceptable system performance when new types of users or transactions are introduced
Must-Have Key Skills:
• Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, (Business Objects etc) databases SQL
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Self-motivated to quickly and efficiently learn new functionality
• PeopleSoft Functional Experience (Core HR, Self Service, Benefits Administration, Position Management, Security, HR Help Desk, Recruiting, Performance)
• Experience with project management
Nice-to-Have:
• Visualization Experience (Visier, Tableau, Zeroed In, etc.)
• Previous experience bringing legacy data into a data warehouse for future report needs
• Experience with acquisitions, mergers, and bringing in disparate data sets together
• Experience with history/data conversions
• Experience / Knowledge of HR data and processes and life-cycles
• Lead and assist others in Change Management activities to drive Associate adoption of process and/or systems changes that are reinforced over time
