About the role:

The TikTok Affiliate Specialist will lead our affiliate and influencer efforts on TikTok. You'll be responsible for setting up and managing affiliate campaigns, developing effective affiliate strategies, and driving traffic and sales through engaging content. The ideal candidate is an analytical, creative strategist with a deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and affiliate marketing best practices, including campaign setup and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement TikTok affiliate strategies to achieve growth goals.
  • Set up, launch, and manage affiliate campaigns on TikTok.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners and influencers aligned with our brand and target audience.
  • Collaborate with affiliates to create authentic, engaging, and high-converting content.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize to maximize ROI.
  • Manage affiliate budgets, payouts, and promotions to ensure profitability.
  • Analyze TikTok metrics and affiliate KPIs, preparing reports for internal teams.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and affiliate marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with specific expertise on TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate campaign setup and strategic development.
  • Familiarity with TikTok’s content styles, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tracking and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset and keen understanding of brand voice and visual identity.

Additional details:

  • This is a full-time, remote position
  • The annual compensation range is $10K - $15K USD depending on experience
