They believe in creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for their instructors </li></ul><p></p><h3>Requirements:</h3><p>• Certified Pilates instructor with a recognized certification program (e.g., Pilates Method Alliance, STOTT, Basi). Reformer certified.</p><p>• Proven experience teaching Pilates classes to individuals and groups.</p><p>• 2 Years experience </p><p>• Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and modifications.</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and create a positive studio atmosphere.</p><p>• Ability to adapt instruction to accommodate various fitness levels and physical conditions.</p><p>• Passion for health, wellness, and promoting the benefits of Pilates.</p><p>• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.</p><p>• CPR and First Aid certification.</p><p><br></p><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><p>• Conduct group/private Pilates classes in accordance with the studio's schedule and class formats.</p><p>• Provide personalized instruction and modifications to accommodate clients' individual needs and abilities.</p><p>• Demonstrate proper technique and form, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients throughout the class.</p><p>• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters a positive and supportive atmosphere for all clients.</p><p>• Offer guidance and support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns related to Pilates and yoga practice.</p><p>• Continuously educate and update oneself on the latest trends, techniques, and research in Pilates and yoga.</p><p>• Assist with studio maintenance, including equipment setup, cleanliness, and organization.</p><p>• Promote studio offerings, events, and workshops to clients and assist with marketing efforts as needed.</p><p>• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance professional development.</p><p>• Uphold studio policies and guidelines, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all.</p><p>• Full-time position with 8 hours of work per day with one day off per week.</p></ul><p> <br></p> •
