Position Summary: Under close supervision, and in accordance with established policies, procedures and care plans, performs a variety of routine client care support activities to optimize the functional abilities of residents. Duties may include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), instructing craft classes, assisting with social events, group exercises and games. Responsible for other related duties as required. Program Summary: Complex Care – for frail seniors who require the care of an interdisciplinary team to maintain and improve quality of life in safe, comfortable and supportive environments. Carewest offers a mix of secured and unsecured units.
