About the Role:
The AI Solutions Architect will play a key role in delivering premier AI solutions to clients, ensuring their smooth deployment, ongoing monitoring, and effective maintenance. Reporting to the Director of AI Architecture, this role involves active participation in client delivery and providing support for presales activities as needed. Expertise in AI technology selection will be essential, guaranteeing that clients realize maximum ROI and fully leverage the potential of AI capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
I. AI Capabilities Development
- Develop and apply structured methodologies to assist clients in the evaluating, acquiring, and implementing AI architectures (e.g., Common RAG System Architectures (Naïve, Advanced, Modular) and technologies (LLMs, Vector Stores, Knowledge Graphs)
- Assist in the development of comprehensive AI operations strategies, including defining ML/Ops capabilities and operating models to manage AI solutions effectively.
II. Teamwork
- Collaborate with the AI Architecture and Operations Product Lead and technology vendors to curate and integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into the company's offerings
- Support sales/account teams by providing expertise in AI architecture evaluation and implementation during sales pursuits and client engagements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated AI technology solutions
III. Talent Development
- Mentor and lead a team of AI architects and product managers, ensuring successful project delivery and continuous development
- Contribute to the continuous learning and development of internal talent
IV. AI Capabilities Delivery
- Ensure delivery quality and consistency of AI architecture and operations engagements across multiple clients
- Lead the design and execution of technical capability assessments, analyzing results and presenting recommendations in an effective, logical manner to the client
- Guide clients through technology deployment and adoption strategies, leveraging expertise in Azure OpenAI, Snowflake, Databricks, Nvidia, HPE, Dell, and advanced storage solutions such as Weka, Vast, and Hammerspace
- Lead resources directly and through cross functional teams; exhibit strong leadership to drive high performing teams
V. Thought Leadership
- Stay updated on latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to inform strategy development and implementation.
Qualifications & Interests:
- Master's degree preferred, focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Business Administration
- 8+ years’ experience including data science, computer science, AI architecture, advance analytics, consulting, and AI product management
- 2+ years’ experience in AI architecture and operations, with a strong track record of successful client engagements
- 8+ years’ product management experience in AI, Advanced Analytics, or digital transformation
- Relevant AI/ML certifications preferred but not required (e.g., Azure Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, etc.)
- Familiarity of various AI and Machine Learning technologies and methods including MLOps practices and tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, R, etc.), and data architecture concepts
- Up-to-date understanding of AI industry trends and emerging technologies
- Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner within business units; able to build bridges across teams and job functions
- Ability to approach customer requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver
- Familiarity with AI vendors and their ecosystems
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to AI adoption and operations
- Experience in a consulting or solutions-oriented environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
- Strong influencing skills to get things done and inspire business transformation
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with an ability to present security related concepts to C-Level Executives and non-technical audience
- Ability to travel when needed

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
