Field Technical Support Representative Location: Virginia Beach, VA Duration: Long-term Rate: DOE US Citizens, GC, EAD ( H4, L2), E3 TN visa holders preferred, NO third party corp to corp accepted for this job - Manages the onsite delivery of software services, installation, and configuration for customer environments.
- The job solves various business systems, On-site at Campus location.
- Experience with Windows workstations and applications, break-fix support, and IMAC support.
- Hardware, Network and Software troubleshooting. Experience with incident management tools required, i.e. Service Now. Windows 10 and 11.
- Ability to work with end-users to resolve technical issues. Apple knowledge is a plus.
- Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks. Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
- Organizes own tasks and receives general instructions on all work. Education: Associates, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 1 to 2 years
