Technical/Functional Skills
  • Excellent understanding of Regulatory compliance rules
  • Excellent knowledge of a` Tableau dashboards, excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent knowledge of Python scripts
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel VBA
  • Excellent knowledge or product release process
  • Working knowledge of data architecture and how the data is moved across the value chain
  • Excellent data analysis skills for generating compliance reports
  • Knowledge on continuous improvement techniques and application of the same to improve efficiency
  • Excellent documentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Onboarding suppliers into Apple systems (Setting up at system level)
  • Provide training to the suppliers (On need basis) on usage of systems and process of working on adherence to compliance standards
  • Identify, troubleshoot, triage, validate issues found in Material Declaration management systems
  • Support User Acceptance Testing for all releases
  • Create compliance audit plans
  • Schedule audits
  • Ensure suppliers complete corrective action (as agreed) based on audit results
  • Participate in regular review meetings highlighting issues / improvements / lessons learnt. Brainstorm with the teams for enhancements supporting the issue fix or efficiency improvement
  • Perform compliance data analysis using a` Python scripts, Excel VBA, pivot tables etc to enable metrics / insights / trend analysis
  • Issue audit reports
  • Create standard operating procedures (SoP) for the data analysis process
  • Support continuous improvement and improved efficiency by identifying possible improvements
  • Information gathering from internal system for compliance analysis
  • Documentation of information gathering process of systems and cross collaboration teams
  • Maintain internal tracker of all work done on compliance, audit, test report etc
  • Triaging the issues
  • Perform data analysis / calculations required to determine the impact (product analysis, compliance analysis etc)
Generic Managerial Skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Spoken, written)
  • Excellent coordination skills with cross functional teams
  • Excellent data analysis skills using multiple tools
