As a Female Asst. Executive Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's housekeeping team. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the housekeeping team
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Ensure that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and tidy
• Train and mentor team members to promote consistent service standards
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that adequate supplies are available
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
• Maintain strong relationships with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met

Requirements

• Female candidate
• At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a leadership role in a hotel in Dubai
• Must be in UAE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Benefits

Basic Salary AED 4500 + Single studio plus duty meals and all other benefits as per UAE labor laws.
