Role: Solution Architect

We are seeking a proactive, assertive, take-charge person, who possesses the ability to think ahead and likes to move forward to attain goals as one of our Solution Architects.

You are competitive in nature, opinionated and like the ability to work in environments that allow for independence, freedom, and change. A conservative risk taker, that will make decisions when well thought through. You are process oriented and like to set up systems to successfully achieve outcomes.

You tend not to want to delegate, as "no-one can do it any better", or "if it takes this much time to delegate, I'd just as soon do it myself". You always remember to follow up on the status of anything outstanding and can be judgmental if the work is not on-course or up to your expectations.

As a Solution Architect at Collectiv, you will play a pivotal role in our project teams. You will be designing and communicating the value of data analytics solutions based on the Microsoft Data Stack and Power BI.

You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and implementation consultants to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust solutions that address complex business challenges of our enterprise clients.

Your major responsibilities include:

• Lead discovery to translate client requirements to technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions utilizing the MS Azure Data Stack, Fabric, and Power BI
• Collaborate with your team to deliver successful projects

• Delivering your personal billable utilization of 75%
• Proactive reporting to your Consulting Team Lead
• Assisting the Sales team with solution architecture for prospects
