Intermediate Designer & Video Editor

TouchBistro is seeking an Intermediate Designer & Video Editor to join our Marketing production team! This hybrid role involves creating high-quality visual communications for web, digital, and print, alongside video editing and motion graphics work to produce polished, brand-aligned videos. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, adherence to brand guidelines, expertise in digital design best practices, and UX knowledge. Candidates must manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting. While the role combines graphic design and video editing, it uniquely offers the chance to shape the video production landscape at TouchBistro.

Your Day-to-Day

Video Editing:

• Edit and assemble raw footage to produce polished videos that reflect the TouchBistro brand and achieve project objectives
• Conceptualize engaging and relevant video concepts to elevate our marketing campaigns and cross functional initiatives
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to develop engaging videos from concept through completion
• Apply motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content
• Revise and adapt existing videos for various formats, incorporating additional motion graphics

Design:

• Create web page layouts and responsive designs that reinforce our brand identity
• Strong visual sense with the ability to manage multiple design projects from initial concept to final completion, focusing on both digital and print media
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, development, and external creative teams
• Brainstorm and execute novel creative solutions while maintaining brand standards and guidelines
• Solve creative briefs and deliver high-quality assets on brief and on time

All About You

Must Have

• You bring 4+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing and motion graphics with a deep understanding of industry best practices
• You are proficient in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
• You are proficient with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Elementor
• You possess strong knowledge of video production techniques such as colour grading, sound design, and visual effects
• You are capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with excellent conceptual thinking and design execution skills
• You can take a written concept and art direct / execute it into something engaging and beautiful 
• You are self-motivated and responsible

Nice to Have

• Light videography experience
