Your Impact

As the Senior Strategy Director, you will be the driving force behind the strategic vision for our clients, shaping and guiding innovative marketing strategies that unlock growth and elevate their brand. Your ability to synthesize complex, open-ended challenges into clear, actionable, and forward-thinking strategies will align internal teams and empower clients to achieve transformative outcomes. You will lead the development of enterprise-level content strategies, information architectures, and digital media plans that set new standards for excellence.

• Insightful Leadership: You’ll be the key architect of strategic direction, propelling business growth across diverse brands, and inspiring both clients and teams with your vision.
• Strategic Thinking: Your deep understanding of client business needs enables you to design comprehensive strategies that meet objectives, KPIs, and evolve brand positioning. You’ll deliver strategy across brand, customer experience, and innovation lanes—from concept to execution.
• Creative Excellence: As a trusted advisor, you’ll partner closely with creative teams, ensuring that all work aligns with strategic goals, elevates the brand, and meets the highest standards of excellence.
• Executional Precision: You’ll own the strategic deliverables, executing with independence, discipline, and accuracy. Your work will be timely, aligned with client briefs, and meticulously crafted to deliver outstanding results.

• Strategic Alignment & Momentum: Your leadership ensures projects move forward with precision and purpose. Teams and clients are aligned, and you consistently transform uncertainty into clear, actionable strategies that uncover new opportunities and drive measurable success.
• Innovative Solutions & Long-Term Impact: Through thorough market research and consumer insight analysis, you’ll stay ahead of media trends and emerging opportunities, translating marketing objectives into high-impact media plans. Leveraging data-driven insights, you’ll optimize global media performance, ensuring every investment maximizes ROI and delivers on campaign goals.
• Client & Team Empowerment: Your strategic guidance will empower teams to navigate complexity with confidence, delivering innovative, high-performing work while ensuring clients feel supported and confident in your leadership.

 

What You Bring to the Table

• 7+ years of agency experience with a focus on digital, media, and content strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills
• Expertise in crafting data-driven strategies that deliver business impact
• Confidence in owning high-stakes deliverables and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for team success

Compensation

Compensation is determined by years of experience and proven previous success in this role, level of expertise in the skills needed to perform this role at the highest level and cost of living in your area of residency. Salary Range: $180,000-$200,000
