Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teachers in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
• Observe and document children's progress and development.
• Support children with basic needs such as feeding, toileting, and rest time.
• Attend team meetings, professional development sessions, and other company events.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about early childhood education and the development of young learners.
• A team player who can work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with children, parents, and colleagues.
