We are looking for a talented Solutions Engineer to join our international team at Unlayer. As a Support Engineer, you will act as the technical point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored technical support. You’ll deliver product demos, assist in integrations, and ensure the technical success of our customers at every stage. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, develop code samples, and provide insights to drive product enhancements. This role combines technical expertise with customer focus to create impactful solutions.
Major Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the customer journey, understanding and addressing both business and technical needs.
- Help translate customer use cases into proofs-of-concepts and deliver engaging demos.
- Ensure seamless integration and support, guiding customers to technical success as they implement the Unlayer platform.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to improve internal processes, and relay customer insights to inform product roadmaps.
- Develop code samples and demos, advocating for simplicity and ease of use for developers utilizing Unlayer Embed.
- Use technical and customer knowledge to automate processes and offer innovative approaches that impact both internal and external decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- More than 1 year of experience in a technical, client-facing role, preferably working with developer clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, Vue, and Angular.
- Understanding of SDK technical concepts, with enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- Empathy for developers and the ability to provide clear technical guidance.
