This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless leadership and effective decision-making in the Client Services Director’s absence.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Leadership:</strong> Develop and execute strategies that align with organisational goals and drive measurable outcomes.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> Build strong relationships with stakeholders, conduct key surveys to gather insights, and act as a key representative in senior client interactions.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Project Management:</strong> Oversee end to end transformation initiatives, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Business Optimisation:</strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise workflows, integrate AI technologies, and enhance operational processes.</li><li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Lead communication and training efforts to align teams with transformation goals.</li><li><strong>Compliance &amp; Governance:</strong> Uphold all regulatory policies, including GDPR and FCA standards.</li></ul><h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br></h3><p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Experience:</strong><br></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in<strong> business transformation, process improvement, or project management.</strong><ul></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Business, Project Management, or related field (Master’s or relevant certifications like PMP, Lean, Agile, or Prosci are a bonus).</strong></li></ul><ul><li>Strong<strong> strategic thinking and execution.</strong></li><li>Excellent <strong>project management and problem-solving abilities</strong>, ideally with commercial experience of leading projects using <strong>Agile and Lean methodologies</strong></li><li>Relationship-building skills and a focus on driving results.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools <strong>(e.g., Jira, Asana).</strong></li><li>Digitally dexterous and receptive to AI technologies.</li></ul><h3><strong>About Us</strong></h3><p>ROI provide key business support services to 70% of the UK’s Automotive brands to help them to meet their strategic sales goals and promote excellence in customer service.
