What You’ll Do
- As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future state of our business system landscape. You’ll lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of industry-standard solutions enabling seamless flow of information, scalable processes, and reliable controls.
- Working collaboratively with our Operations, Engineering and Product teams you will translate business and operational requirements into results-oriented technical solutions.
- Acts as product management guide to drive solution design and execution within required timelines and budgets. Assesses the current state of business systems’ orchestration and process design to recommend solutions.
- Supports Operations and Technical Operations leaders in developing and executing a comprehensive integration strategy to enable seamless connectivity between our platform and third-party products and services.
- Prepares and maintains process and design documentation that includes system diagrams and data flows.
- Assists with root cause determination, corrective action, and preventative actions for identified system issues.
- Participates in the effort to establish the data schema for data exchange between business systems (e.g., User attributes, systems of records).
- Connects the dots between internal teams and any disparate workflows to leverage existing tech and best-practices, reducing costs and time to market.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize technology investments, ensuring maximum value and ROI.
- Informs stakeholders of the business impact of the technical decisions and resolving trade-offs.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 or more years of technical program management experience within a software or technology company. Requires in-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and adjacent applications covering architecture, configuration, and integration.
- Requires knowledge of cloud-based services and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Requires experience with data analytics platforms, data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), and data visualization tools to derive actionable insights.
- Experience with designing and building data pipelines and integrations connecting data across multiple business systems preferred.
- Experience with the Integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and machine learning (ML) into enterprise systems and processes a plus.
- Requires proficiency in technical documentation and modeling using tools such as Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal capabilities to effectively build and foster collaborative relationships with people at all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Strong ability to quickly interpret and transform ambiguous information into design artifacts to communicate concepts and ideas to various stakeholders.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $147,000 to $171,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc (“Crexi”) is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
