In this role, you will contribute directly to the evolution of our cloud platform—a trusted service delivering over 500 hours of quantum computing to customers worldwide. Our platform empowers exploration, research, and innovation at the forefront of quantum computing.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>What will I be doing?</strong><br></p><ul><li>Developing high-quality, scalable software solutions for both frontend and backend systems using Python and Rust.</li><li>Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust APIs to support and enhance quantum cloud services.</li><li>Optimizing database models and structures to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.</li><li>Building and maintaining customer-facing applications, ensuring seamless functionality and reliability in production environments.</li><li>Designing and deploying containerized applications, maintaining consistency across development and production environments.</li><li>Staying abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve the development process.</li><li>Contributing innovative ideas to improve the performance, scalability, and user experience of the quantum cloud platform.</li><li>Collaborating on the design and implementation of a Quantum Compute Platform.</li><li>Creating methodologies and tools for seamless interaction with IQM Quantum Computers.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong>What skills do I need?</strong></p><ul><li>Solid experience building RESTful application back-ends, designing and implementing APIs.</li><li>Experience working with relational databases (such as Postgres, MySQL or MSSQL) and understanding how to model data with them.
