Role
As an Engagement Manager, you will:
Ensure outstanding delivery:
- Lead by example and support the teams you work with
- Oversee the development of impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet the clients’ need
- Contribute to the development of the structure, content and direction of the engagement strategy
- Focus on stakeholder management, including building client care and team leadership
- Overcome any obstacle necessary to unlock true business benefits and ROI for our clients
- Actively creating and continually monitor and measure the delivery of value based client benefits throughout the engagement (ROI)
- Take responsibility for driving and implementing corrective actions on delivery challenges and make tactical decisions to deliver a value-based solution
- Be commercially aware and manage the delivery of engagements against project milestones, financial performance, utilization and performance against internal KPIs
Own our clients relationship:
- Interact with our clients to cultivate strong partnerships, pinpoint fresh avenues for value creation, and formulate innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing client value.
- Play a part in fostering a diverse portfolio of clients, developing relationships with key individuals, and assisting in the conceptualization of potential offerings for new clients.
- Carry revenue quota of managed revenues based on the collaboration assigned
- Start developing an a diverse network of external contacts
Requirements
What we are looking for
Required qualifications:
- Data Science, ML or Computer Science background is required for this position.
- A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.
- Extensive ability of dealing with C-Level stakeholders
- Fluent in English and at least, French or German.
