Scrum Master

Your Tasks

• You support teams in the transition from traditional management techniques to agile methods
• You support agile teams by facilitating specific phases such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives and coach team members
• Supporting the team for better self-organization and creative solution-finding
• Supporting the team in removing obstacles and optimizing processes
• Coaching the Scrum team with the goal of further improving performance and quality
• Promoting the development of an agile mindset - individually, at the team level, and in the organization as a whole
• You represent the team externally and coordinate with the product owner and stakeholders
• You analyze and improve the agile practices of your customers, taking into account processes, culture, and technology
• You prepare customer meetings and lead workshops

Your Profile

• You have proven professional experience as a Scrum Master, agile project manager, or in a comparable position in an Agile environment
• An internalized agile mindset with which to inspire and motivate the environment
• Empathy & communication skills, strong team spirit as well as very good methodological skills in facilitation, change management, and team development
• Methodological skills e. g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• You have experience in using agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, Azure DevOps)
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5-6 times a year)
• Business fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
