8 years' experience as a Business Analyst; strong requirements gathering, documentation, relationship building and elicitation skills. Prior pharmaceutical experience is required; Will play a lead role in interacting with all necessary stakeholders, project team members and Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to elicit, gather and document business requirements in support of process enhancements for AE (Adverse Effects) and PQC (Product Quality Complaints) handling for MD-CP (Medical Devices & Combination Products).
