Project Control Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a talented and experienced Project Control Manager to join our team. As a Project Control Manager at JASARA PMC, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the project control function for our diverse range of projects and programs. You will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and control of project activities to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project control strategies, processes, and procedures
• Establish project baselines, including scope, schedule, and budget
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any deviations and providing timely updates to stakeholders
• Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Ensure compliance with project control processes and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project control within the civil engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Saudi national
