ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A. As the Senior Manager Corporate FP&A, you will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis for our company. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive financial performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the corporate financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, planning models and systems, and long-term planning
- Champion the Corporate FP&A process and systems roadmap including the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide FP&A processes, cadences, and systems to increase FP&A efficiency and effectiveness
- Support business development and capital markets (e.g, warehouse financings, M&A, capital raises)
- Coordinate with Business Unit finance to:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and analysis
- Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and investments
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior leadership as needed
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare materials for the board and investors
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, with 7+ years of total experience including investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development
- History of navigating and solving complex and unstructured challenges
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail, with ability to delve deep into the numbers without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Experience with financial services and financial technology industries is a plus
- Experience with FP&A and BI tools such as Looker, Anaplan, Tableau is a plus
This role has a base salary range of $137,000 - $213,000. Compensation is determined based on experience, skill level, and qualifications, which are assessed during the interview process.
