Deeply explore customer pain points and propose product improvement key points.</li> <li>Lead the maintenance of products and on-site emergency responses. </li> <li>Lead the resolution of major market issues, ensure the delivery of major projects, and conduct health checks and lifecycle management of existing products.</li> <li>Witness test for customer. Formulate a test plan, write a test proposal, set up a test platform, complete the design of test cases, execute the tests, and analyse the test results.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in power electronics / electrical, electronic engineering (or similar) field </li> <li>Extensive experience in development or Maintenance in UPS, EV charging or telecom power domain</li> <li>Be familiar with one or more quality methods, such as 8D, 5Why, QCC, and 6sigma</li> <li>Good teamwork and communication skills</li> <li>Have a strong sense of responsibility and desire for knowledge, and be able to improve products and processes by summarizing</li> <li>Fluent in English written and spoken and ready for occasional business travels related to ongoing projects</li></ul><p></p><p>By applying to this position, you agree with our Recruitment Privacy Statement.
