Bookkeeper (AU Accounting, Home-based)

Salary: P40,000 to P50,000 (Monthly Package) 

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM AEST) 

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:  

• At least 1-year Australian bookkeeping experience 

• Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping skills 

• Strong understanding of accounting and financial operations 

• Proficiency with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero or MYOB 

• Honesty and discretion when working with sensitive information 

Nice to Have: . 

• Bookkeeping / Accountant certification or license is preferable  

What will you do? 

• Record daily company transactions 
• Close books monthly 
• Reconciling payroll and bank transactions  
• Maintain timely communications with clients 
• Fill out tax forms and work with accountants to ensure compliance 
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll 
• Process purchases and refunds for customers 
• Keep accurate records of company finances 
• Take note of and report discrepancies in financial records
