Your proactive approach, combined with your dedication to building strong professional relationships, will play a vital role in creating <strong>valuable business partnerships</strong> and driving growth for the company.</p><p>Your main objective will be to generate leads and qualify them while collaborating with our Growth Manager to <strong>maximize business opportunities and sales growth</strong>. To achieve this, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Focusing on <strong>prospecting and lead qualification</strong>, managing the initial stages of the sales cycle from identifying potential clients to preparing qualified leads for seamless handoff to our account management team.</li><li>Proactively identifying potential clients through various channels such as <strong>social media, business directories, web portals, networking events,</strong> and referrals.</li><li>Understanding client needs, conducting product demonstrations, and <strong>customizing solutions</strong> to fit their specific business challenges.</li><li>Applying your expertise in sales strategies, continuously diversifying your methods to increase efficiency and reach.</li><li><strong>Building strong relationships</strong> with prospects and decision-makers to position Le Wagon as the preferred partner for training and development solutions.</li><li>Collaborating closely with our <strong>marketing, career and sales teams</strong> to develop targeted strategies, ensuring alignment and the delivery of unified business solutions.</li><li>Representing Le Wagon’s brand at <strong>major industry events</strong>, building a network of contacts, and identifying opportunities for partnerships and growth.</li></ul><p>You will work closely with the <strong>Head of Sales, B2B</strong> and the <strong>General Manager for France</strong>.<br> </p><hr><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>An excellent communicator in both professional French &amp; English.</li><li><strong>1-3 years of experience</strong> in sales or business development, ideally within the tech or education sectors.
