We are now searching for a Swim Manager to work within The Nene Centre. The Swim Manager will have overall responsibility for our pool programme and swim school.
Your role will be a blend of Swim Programme Management and Swim Teaching. As a Swim Manager you’ll need to divide your time up wisely ensuring that all tasks, deadlines and targets are met and that each venue has your support & guidance where & when required.
You will take full responsibility for the development of the Learn to Swim Program, ensuring that pool space is fully optimised and we have a healthy transition of students through our framework. You will also be the lead on starting and developing relationships with Groups, Clubs and Schools in the local area as we believe in offering an inclusive Pool Program for the entire community. Strategic Workforce development is vital to ensure we have products to suit our customers so you’ll also lead on this along with the support of your team.
