About The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst that will help us continue enhancing the usage of data for the fact-based decision making processes that Clarity AI has as one of their core values and lead the lifecycle of transforming raw data into structured information 🚀

What You’ll Be Doing

Working as a Data Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Gather data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the upkeep of databases and data systems
• Cleanse data and scrutinize reports and outputs to identify and rectify errors
• Developing and maintaining data dashboards, charts used to support critical business monitoring
• Performing ad-hoc complex data analysis using SQL and Python to support business initiatives
• Conveying insights through both reports, dashboards and visual presentations
• Collaborating with key stakeholders from the team to determine and rank the needs around forecasting and budget, as well as data collection monitoring and data sources usage
• Collaborating with partners across lines of businesses and functions, navigating the organization and figuring out who is needed to get things done and understand data analysis requirements
• Influencing key stakeholders through data analysis to establish a strong sense of collaboration towards a shared vision and goals.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Mastery in data analysis languages as excel, SQL, Python skills and/or R
• Demonstrated experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, Quicksight, PowerBI etc)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights
• Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact.
• Years of Experience: At least 3 years of experience at a similar position
• Educational Background: Degree in Business, Engineering or a quantitative discipline
• Self-starter who will thrive in a start-up setting by taking ownership and initiative
• Decisive and action-oriented who can get things done, make rapid decisions even when they are short of information, and someone who has high energy and stamina
• Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user)

Nice To Have

• Experience in a start-up and/or tech company
• Business oriented person, with deep attention to details
• Adept at report writing and presenting findings
• Additional hands-on technical experience an asset (GitHub, APIs, DBT, web-scraping)
• A deep understanding of the industry and business operations is a plus
