Salary: P230,000 to P250,000 (Monthly Package)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Must have at least 10+ years of experience in programming in C# and other .NET technologies, including 2+ years as a development team lead.
- At least 4 years of experience with SQL Server is required, and it is essential to have the ability to create and work with complex SQL queries.
- At least 2 years of integration development experience is desired.
- Agile software development experience (preferably SCRUM)
- Must possess the skill to troubleshoot existing source code and offer solutions if bugs are discovered.
- Must possess a solid understanding of source control and versioning.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
What will you do?
- Act as a team lead for .NET developers, mentoring and helping them grow while providing support on technology and projects.
- Offer prompt and efficient expert guidance on progress and capability to fulfill service and solution deliverables as per agreed expectations.
- Coordinate and plan solution development, collaborate with relevant application experts, and take charge of solution design.
- Front end, back end and integration devolvement for current and existing platforms and applications
- Design and deliver outstanding solutions through programming that meet the overall business requirements with excellence.
- Collaborate with different teams to improve processes and develop new features. Work together with our internal teams to analyze and design software solutions that effectively address our business requirements.
- Solution design documentation throughout the software development life cycle
