We are looking for an User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Training Lead at Hybrid - Miami, FL. The position details are as follows.
Position: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Training Lead
Location: Hybrid - Miami, FL
Duration: 06 Months+
Minimum Skills Required :
UAT Coordination:
• Develop and manage UAT plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate UAT sessions, guiding users through testing processes and collecting feedback.
• Analyze UAT results, identify issues, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare UAT reports and documentation, providing insights to stakeholders.
Training Development:
• Assess training needs and design training programs tailored to different user groups.
• Create training materials, including user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) to equip users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the product.
• Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a user-centered approach in product development.
• Serve as a liaison between users and technical teams to ensure clarity in requirements and feedback.
• Facilitate user feedback sessions and workshops to gather insights for future improvements.
Minimum Education & Experience Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in UAT, training, or a similar role involving information technology projects.
• Strong understanding of UAT methodologies and testing processes.
• Experience in creating training content and conducting user training sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., test management software, LMS platforms).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in Quality Assurance or Training (e.g., ISTQB, ATD).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Experience in Information Technology related government projects
• Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus but not required
