What You'll Do as Part of our Service Team!
- Schedule HVAC service calls efficiently.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and technician availability.
- Assist with customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC services is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient with HVAC terminology/vocabulary.
- Previous experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or similar service industries.
