Cognos Developer

• 6+ years of experience.
• Self-driven to understand the existing BI applications.
• Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos.
• Understand incidents reported by the users and troubleshoot the data issues to the root cause level.
• Resolve and close incidents within the service level agreements and communicate with the users.
• Work proactively to prevent issues that can be expected in the near future in the BI application.
• Documentation for knowledge management that helps prevent / fix fast the issues reported by the users.
• Maintain the performance of the existing reports and dashboards that meets the customer expectation.
• Willingness to get cross trained in Informatica.

• Cognos Developer, IBM Cognos, Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos.
• Experience in production deployments, Conversant in SQL Queries.
• ETL experience using Informatica or any other tool.
