Required Skills:-
Demonstrated proficiency in AV technology and ability to perform all facets of the role.
2-3 years Experience troubleshooting varied issues that may arise with the AV equipment and different video conferencing technologies including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.
Ability to operate autonomously and manage projects with minimal oversight from their supervisor.
Works autonomously in delivering installation services and providing on-site technical support to users.
Prepares documentation to record and track project status, meeting room health checks, operational knowledge of equipment and all areas of configuration and support.
Ability to leverage advanced troubleshooting strategies to address complex technical issues.
Independently assesses and adjusts technical solutions based on the specific issue.
Ability to exercise independent judgment in determining the most appropriate course.
