Service Desk Support Administrator (12-Month Max Term)

Join Equity Trustees as a Service Desk Support Administrator and play a pivotal role in our Technology & Projects team. You'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier IT support, ensuring our systems are always running smoothly and our staff receives exceptional service.

About the role:

• Provide expert technical support across all IT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage and resolve service requests and incidents with efficiency.
• Conduct essential system monitoring, procurement, and reporting.
• Uphold and ensure compliance with IT security and organisational policies.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven experience in a similar Service Desk support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in Windows environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft platforms and ITSM principles.
• · Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
