THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements

SureCo is seeking a dynamic Bilingual (English/Spanish) Writer, Researcher, and Digital Marketer to join our team on a 3-month temp-to-perm contract basis. Responsibilities:  

Bilingual Content Creation: 

  • Create compelling, engaging, and culturally relevant marketing copy in both English and Spanish that will help companies promote our health insurance platform to their employees. 

  • Develop blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and other digital materials that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate our brand's value. 

  • Leverage Content Design experience to create succinct text-based campaigns and acquisition flows. 

Brand Representation: 

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity and voice for our health insurance platform among the lower-income community. 

  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all bilingual content, maintaining a cohesive and authentic presence.

Educational Initiatives: 

  • Research and understand the specific needs, concerns, and preferences of the lower-income demographic when it comes to health insurance and benefits. 

  • Create informative and educational content that empowers families with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health coverage. 

Digital Marketing: 

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to strategize, plan, and execute bilingual digital marketing campaigns aimed at expanding the reach and impact of our health insurance platform. 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 

Community Engagement: 

  • Engage with the target audience through social media, online forums, and other relevant platforms to foster meaningful connections and gather insights for content refinement. 

Requirements: 

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, with the ability to create impactful content that resonates with the cultural nuances of both languages. 

  • Proven experience in content design, content creation, digital marketing, or related roles. 
    Strong writing skills and the ability to craft engaging and persuasive bilingual content for various channels. 

  • Research-oriented mindset with the ability to gather insights and data to inform content and marketing strategies.

  • Familiarity with lower-income family demographics, their unique challenges, and their preferences related to health insurance is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

  • Major bonus points for experience in healthcare, insurance, or human resources.
