POSITION OVERVIEW : Sr. Azure DevOps Engineer

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Sr. Azure DevOps Engineer Develop and configure the infrastructure from conceptualization through stabilization using various computer platforms to include test, debug, analyze performance, and document infrastructure components, as it relates to Infrastructure-as-Code implementations.
Implement the infrastructure by analyzing the current system environment and infrastructure, using technical tools and utilities, performing complex product customization, and developing implementation and verification procedures to ensure successful installation of systems hardware/software, as it relates to Infrastructure-as-Code implementation pipelines.
Implement test plans (including functionality, integrity, and stress testing), test matrices, and definition of test methodologies and strategy for Infrastructure-as-Code deployments.
Perform routine infrastructure analysis, and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels.
Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for deployment of Infrastructure-as-Code workloads, managing releases and branching strategies for these deployments. Implementing efficient and comprehensive best practices.
Administering technical operations for DevOps platforms.
Monitoring and guiding the development team. Using the right tools and techniques to automate technical processes, specifically Terraform and Ansible integrations.
Directly overseeing and supporting all Infrastructure-as-Code deployment processes.
Minimizing failures and troubleshoot technical issues with all Infrastructure-as-Code pipeline deployments. Implementing and adhering to DevOps best practices.
Ensuring all systems are secure and scalable. Supervise technical operations, enable and assist operations and development teams, as it relates to Infrastructure-as-Code workstreams.
Azure DevOps (VSTS/TFS) - Experience with Boards, Git Administration, Build and Release Pipelines, Test Plans and Artifacts. Cloud deploy
