The Sr. Planning Engineer will work with the centralized Project Management Team who are responsible for managing and coordinating all project management activities throughout the project development and delivery stages.
Role tasks and responsibilities:
- Taking the lead in preparation of the Program Master Schedule Baseline in coordination with all program team.
- Collect the required update information and periodically update the Program Master Schedule.
- Provide the progress update inputs to the reporting team in relation to the Schedule Update, progress percentages, variance, KPI’s, and forecast.
- Plan for program resources.
- Attend Weekly and Monthly Progress meetings.
- Support the Client in ad- hoc tasks.
- Provide inputs to Executive Dashboard’s, Committees meetings, Board meetings, and any other required reports.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum ten years of proven professional experience in planning and controlling large multidisciplinary complex infrastructure and master plans construction programs and projects.

- Must have previous experience working in KSA or GCC.
- Previous experience in establishing Primavera P6 EPPM platform will be highly considered.
Qualifications and Specialist skills:
- Must hold a B.Sc. In Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent degree.
- Advanced level in using Primavera P6 tool is a must.
- Previous experience in Theme Parks development and delivery is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams.
- PMP, SP, SPI, RMP certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in using Power BI is a plus.
