About the role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a crucial role in building a top-tier team dedicated to delivering a seamless digital experience for Honda drivers. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, guiding through the interview process and hiring best talent for technical and non-technical positions across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers & team, as well as HR Team to ensure we identify and onboard the best candidates who will help drive innovation and success for our users and partners. Given the fast-paced environment of startups, you must be adaptable and proactive, managing the recruitment process efficiently to help the company scale rapidly while maintaining a strong cultural fit.
