The Opportunity:

Limitlessli ABA Billing Manager will have 8+ years of service in the field to lead, manage, and optimize our ABA billing process. As the ABA Billing Manager, you will oversee the entire billing cycle from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely billing, compliance with regulations, and effective team management. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can collaborate across departments, lead a team, and maintain high service standards while adapting to our organization's evolving needs.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee Billing Operations: Manage the end-to-end ABA billing process, ensuring all services provided are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Team Leadership & Training: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of billing professionals. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in the billing process and implement solutions to streamline operations, reduce errors, and enhance productivity.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure billing practices are compliant with all regulatory requirements, insurance protocols, and contractual obligations.
• Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, insurance companies, and clients regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and adjustments.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular billing reports to leadership, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation and service authorization.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve billing-related issues in a proactive and professional manner, minimizing disruptions to service delivery.

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Minimum of 3 plus years of experience in ABA billing, with a proven track record of success in managing the full billing cycle.
• Strong understanding of ABA therapy services, insurance coding, reimbursement processes, and billing compliance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex billing issues clearly to various stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with billing software and tools commonly used in ABA therapy and healthcare settings.
• Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of tasks efficiently

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
