Sales Support

Epay, a subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including handling inquiries, preparing sales materials, and coordinating meetings.
• Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system, tracking shipments, and providing updates to retailers
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
• Maintain CRM system by updating customer information and sales activities
• Prepare sales reports and presentations as required

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional support to the sales team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems are highly preferred.
