Software Business Analyst

Sarmad is seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team for our Tislam project. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and collaborate with development teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementation and post-implementation phases
• Participate in regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
• Prior experience in the financial or banking industry is desired
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
