About Client:
The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.


Rate Range: $60-$64/Hr.
Salary Range: $130-135K/Annum (Negotiable)

Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:

• This section is an outline of functions performed on a regular basis, how the position functions within company, and who the tasks are exchanged with. (4,000-character limit)

• Exchange online
• MS Intune
• MS Teams
• SharePoint online
• OneDrive for business...
• For all above technologies, hands on experience are must, priority is based on the mentioned order..

• Microsoft defender
• Microsoft Purview and compliance.
• On-prem AD
• Azure AD
• DNS and Networking.

• Implement, Manage and Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, NTP and Windows Server (all version).
• Responsible and Manage Office365, Exchange, Azure AD, Teams, SCCM, Intune and MS related technologies.
• Administer, Troubleshoot and Support Exchange Infrastructure Systems, PowerShell, etc
• Developed, Manage, Setup and Renew SSL Cert in Both Private and Public-key Crypto.
• Implement, Maintain and support SSO platform(ADFS)
• Experience with co-management, conditional access policies, Device management and Autopilot setup
• Responsible for the End User experience with Microsoft office 365 products and roadmap
• Manage File server folder permissions.
• Performed routine maintenance tasks for systems, application backups, patch management and OS updates.
• Responds to and Supporting Escalated Trouble Tickets and Issues from Support Team.
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software problems as they effect system operation.
• Any other duties as required to ensure the Health Plan operations are successful.
• Ensure the privacy and security of Client (Protected Health Information) as outlined in IEHP's policies and procedures relating to HIPAA compliance.
